Application ProceduresStep #1: Schedule information session with the Program Assistant. See calender for Information Session dates E-mail Cheri at cp6@hawaii.edu to schedule a mandatory information session. Seating is limited to 10 students per session, so it is highly recommended to sign up as soon as possible. The information session wil provide deatils on the application process and answer most of your questions. Step #2: Schedule an apointment with counselor Ryan Perreira, phone 235-7329 Step #3: Achieve a passing TABE score (9th grade or better). Call Honolulu Community College Student Services at 844-2365 or 844-2364 Step #4: Compass test Call Windward Community College Learning Center 235-7329 Step #5: Obtain 2-step TB Clearance (current within one year) - click here for locations (PDF) Step #6: Obtain MMR clearance (Measles, Mumps, Rubella) - click here for locations (PDF) Step #7: Complete a physical examination - download physician's form (PDF) Step #8: Obtain a Criminal Clearance Check through ECRIM. Due to the course being limited to 10 students per session, it is important that you complete all the requirements for registration in a timely manner.
