Through cooperative agreements with its sister campuses in the community college system, ETC's vocational training programs share facilities at Honolulu Community College and Windward Community College.

Special and contract programs are located island-wide including the Department of Education Leeward and Windward School districts, state correctional facilities, and on-site business training facilities.
