The Workforce Development Fund was developed to assist our students transitioning from vocational training to “living wage earning” careers.  Donations to this fund not only help our students and graduates cross the bridge from the classroom to the worksite, it also helps strengthen Hawaii’s workforce by supplying skilled, job-ready individuals who are able to contribute to Hawaii’s economy and manage their own self-sufficiency.

Initiatives that the fund supports may include the following:

• College, Career, and Job fairs
• Mentorship Days
• Student and Employer Appreciation Luncheons
• Interview/business attire for disadvantaged students
• Workplace tools for graduates
• Tuition and/or scholarship assistance
