For programs 1 to 5 weeks in length - 100% refund is available when the student completely withdraws from the program on or before the last working day before the first day of class meeting; thereafter, there will be no refund.

For programs 6 weeks or longer - 100% refund is available when the student completely withdraws from the program on or before the fifth working day has elapsed after the first day of class instruction; thereafter, there will be no refund.
